Practice

Practice starts on Tuesday, August 1st (times TBD). The first two weeks are full weeks, then it goes to only Tuesdays and Wednesdays throughout the year when school starts. More info can be found on the calendar on the website.

Required Forms for the First Practice:

All of the forms can be found on the website under the Registration tab. Without these forms, your child will not be able to participate.

Birth certificate - If you haven't provided a copy of your player's birth certificate, we will need it the first day of practice. It's required for the league.
Physical - Your player must have a current physical prior to being allowed to practice. No exceptions.
Emergency Medical Authorization
Lindsay's Law form signed by parent and athlete

Physicals

In years past, the program has partnered with the Center Street Community Health Center in Marion to provide free physicals to players. It is possible this will be done again, but not guaranteed. More information will be provided as it gets closer to that time.

Required Forms

First Day of Practice
There are some forms that we have to have on the first day of practice or before. They are listed below.

Physical - A current physical will still be required prior to the first day of practice. No exceptions.
Emergency Medical Authorization
Lindsay's Law form
Birth Certificate - If you didn't upload this at the time of registration, you need to bring a copy with you. It's required to verify age when the teams weigh in on Premier Day.
